Main Points

About Your Order

  • Orders become binding when we send you written acceptance (usually by email)
  • Made-to-measure orders cannot be changed or canceled after acceptance
  • We may need to survey your property before accepting your order

Delivery and Installation

  • We only deliver to UK mainland addresses
  • We’ll provide an estimated delivery date after accepting your order
  • We’re not responsible for taking goods inside your property
  • You own the goods after full payment
  • You must clear areas where installation will happen
  • Our liability for damage to your property is limited to £5,000

Guarantee

  • Different components have different guarantee periods
  • Not covered: normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, lack of maintenance, incorrect installation
  • You must report defects within 28 days of discovery
  • Guarantee passes to new owners if you sell your property
  • Guarantee doesn’t apply if goods are installed outside UK mainland

Payment

  • All prices include VAT
  • Deposits are protected by GGFi Ltd
  • We may charge 3% interest above Barclays Bank base rate for late payments
  • We may require advance payment for goods and services

Your Rights

  • We’re responsible for foreseeable damage caused by our breach or negligence
  • We’ll repair direct damage we cause during installation, but not redecorate entire areas
  • Installation naturally causes some disruption and mess we’re not responsible for
  • We don’t fix pre-existing damage discovered during work
  • You can’t use our products for commercial purposes

Cancellation

  • You cannot cancel made-to-measure orders once accepted
  • Canceling a separate credit agreement doesn’t cancel your contract with us
  • We may cancel orders due to unavailability of stock or key personnel
  • We can cancel with immediate effect if you don’t pay, provide needed information, or allow access

Other Important Information

  • Your personal information will be used according to our Privacy Policy
  • These terms are governed by English law
  • No other person has rights under this contract except guarantee rights when property is sold
